These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website exera.mu and the software products and services provided by Exera Ltd ("Exera", "we", "us"), a company registered in Mauritius. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Exera provides tailor-made software development, web and mobile applications, system integration, maintenance, consulting, and the EXRP cloud ERP. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing and timelines of any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms where they conflict.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to it. Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice.

3. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, text, designs and software on this site are owned by Exera Ltd or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Ownership of custom software built for a client is governed by the applicable project agreement.

4. EXRP and subscriptions

Access to EXRP and related modules is subject to the plan and pricing agreed with you. Fixed pricing means the fees quoted are not subject to hidden charges, but may be revised with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability of our hosted services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Any service-level commitments are stated in your service agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exera is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Mauritian law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Mauritian courts.
